Why the revision trap is your fault, not theirs

I have a clause in all my contracts that says we’ll work with you until you’re 100% satisfied.

Has that bitten me in the ass before? Absolutely.

Because here’s the thing about “100% satisfied”: everybody’s idea of satisfied is completely different. And when you’re a service provider who genuinely cares about your clients, that clause becomes a blank check for scope creep.

I’m still learning this. I’m not perfect at it. Our team is not perfect at it. But we’re getting better with each project, and I want to share what’s working.
