Ten bucks a month to tell me I’m exhausted?

Babe… I know.

It got me thinking about this whole ecosystem we’ve built around being overwhelmed.

The planners.
The AI assistants.
The 27-tab productivity dashboards.
The “this one tool will finally fix your brain” tools.

Somewhere along the way, burnout stopped being a personal crisis and quietly turned into one of the most profitable sectors in tech.

Which is impressive, honestly. Capitalism looked at millions of fried entrepreneurs and said, “Aw, your life is on fire? Gorgeous. Let’s monetize that.”

And we bought in. Hard.

So… how big is the burnout economy?

The global “productivity tech” market, aka digital solutions built to help us not fall apart, hit an estimated $46B in 2024, according to IDC.
Corporate wellness? Another $67B.
Time-management apps? $8B.
The ADHD entrepreneur market?

Nearly every VC deck now includes a slide title…
