Instrumental music increases my focus instantly. I just play it at a low volume while I work.
Utilize Focus Mode
Focus Mode on my iPhone is a lifesaver. No more useless notifications distracting me from my work.

You know your strengths and weaknesses. Outsourcing those tasks that drag you down can be so freeing for your mind.
