A good project management process is repeatable.

Without a good project management process, 12%+ of your time and money are being wasted each month due to ineffective project management.

The first key to a strong process is making that process repeatable. In fact, this works for ALL your different internal processes, not just project management. Repetition will help you build an automation system that will save you time and money. If it’s not repeatable, you can’t automate, and therefore it’s a time suck.

Simple as that.

Here’s our simple 3 step project management process:

  1. Clients get us tasks (via email or slack).

    1. We require our clients to categorize each request with a title, a description of what needs to be done, and a deadline. We don’t take same day requests unless it’s an emergency, like something that would cause revenue loss.

  2. Our Project Manager puts those tasks in Asana (our PM system).
