Entrepreneurial burnout is so freaking real.
In fact, 80% of entrepreneurs face burnout at some point in their careers. (And I swear the other 20% are unicorns.)
Between the long hours, the financial stress, and the constant need to hold everything together, it’s not surprising that so many business owners are exhausted, burnt out, and just going through the motions.
That’s exactly why I’ve changed my philosophy.
There is no such thing as “work-life” balance. It’s all just life, and we need balance in our life.
Finding balance is VERY hard work. Trust me. I get it. It took me years to figure it out, and some weeks that balance still isn’t there. But I’m making progress.
Balance looks different for everyone, so finding what works for you is key.
